Products must be unused / sealed in their original packaging due to hygienic reasons
Products with broken tamper-proof seals cannot be returned
Refused or returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee
If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same product in replacement
If you change your mind about a product, you will be responsible for all shipping charges
Return the product using your preferred shipping method. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we are not responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Upon receiving the shipment, we will issue the credit and if there are any problems, we will contact you immediately.
Please include the following information: Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number or Email Address, and Reason for Return.
Please do not return items COD. We will reject all COD packages.
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you've received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us via email at email@example.com or phone at 800-634-7182 or 949-722-0368 and our customer service representatives will authorize a return or replacement. You will not be charged shipping charges for any mistakes we make while preparing your shipment.
If you've received a product and are unhappy with it for any reason, you are free to return the item to us up to 30 days after the purchase date in the original, unopened and unused condition it was shipped in.
